Hyssop

One of the most attractive plants for the herb garden, Hyssop is an evergreen shrub with fragrant leaves. It grows to about t of a metre high, and can be clipped back in early spring to form a neat, low hedge. The flowers have a strong attraction for bees and butterflies, and the plant is worth cultivating both for this reason, and for its perfume.
