After some time put off the gas and allow it to cool. Strain it and drink this medicinal tea, which will give fast relief form cold, cough, and liquid nose. This is one of the most suggested home remedies for influenza.
4. Drink Boiled Water: Avoid drinking external outer. If you have to go out of the house for some work, then carry your home water with you in one bottle. At home, also drink only boiled water. This will give quick relief form influenza.
5. Ginger Juice: Take half teaspoon of ginger juice and add two teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of pepper powder. Mix all these ingredients well and have it three times in a day. This remedy is very beneficial if started at the beginning of influenza.
6. Onion and Honey - Suffering patient can be given mixture of equal quantities of onion juice and honey. One teaspoon of this mixture can be given to the person, three to four times daily.
7. A useful home remedy for influenza is turmeric. Add a teaspoon of turmeric in a cup of hot milk and consume this three times everyday.
8. A very useful home remedy for influenza treatment is the juice of onion. Mix an equal quantity of onion juice and honey and consume approximately three teaspoons of this mixture everyday.
