1. In people with hyperprolactinaemia without gonadotrophin insufficiency potency and libido will be restored with bromocriptine therapy
2. Androgen therapy will usually restore effectiveness and libido.
3. If sterility is the problem then gonadotrophin or in some people gonadotrophin releasing hormone will usually be necessary.

Home Remedies for Impotence

1. Take five to ten grams of the origin powder of lady's fingers with a glass of milk and two teaspoons of ground mishri daily to improve sexual vigor.
2. Excessive fatty foods, spicy foods, strong drinks like coffee, tea, etc are to be avoided.
3. Carrots without their interior white parts are excellent natural treatment for impotence. One can go 150 gm of carrots, chopped finely, should be taken with half boiled egg. It should be plunged in tbsp of honey once daily for about a month or two. This increases the sexual strength and so cures sexual impotency up to certain extent. It is one of the useful home remedies for sexual impotence.
4. A glass of cold water on an empty stomach on regular basis early in the morning will be salutary as home remedy for impotence as recommended by many naturopaths.
5. Curd, cottage cheese, milk, vegetable oils, honey etc is recommended as salutary to have suitable sexual drive and power.
6. Roots of banyan tree are also said to be good home remedy for impotence particularly female sterility, where there are no organic blemish’s or congenital deformities. For this, these roots are to be dried in a nuance and then powdered finely. Take almost about 20 gm of the powder mixed with milk in a ratio of 1:5 as powder and milk. Take this for three consecutive nights after the menstrual cycle is above.
7. Diet and Other Regimen: A high protein diet is an essential share of the treatment. Fish, eggs, testicles of a goat, partridge meat, eggs of a crocodile, urad dal, butter, and ghee are particularly suggested for impotence.  
8. Take about 150 gm of carrots, chopped finely with a half-boiled egg, plunged in a tablespoon of honey, once daily for a month or two. This recipe is very salutary to increase libido.
