  1. Massage the affected joint area with herbal oil gradually and softly. It will help in the movement of joint and also relieve pain
  2. Drink hot water containing 1 teaspoon of turmeric each day. It will relieve arthritis pain.
  3. Add 2 teaspoon of honey and 2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in hot water and drink this mixture each day in the morning.
  4. Massage the affected joint area with herbal oil gradually and softly. It will help in the movement of joint and also relieve pain
  5. Cut a medium-sized potato into slim slices, without peeling the skin, and place the slices during the night in a large glass filled with cold water. Then drink this water in the morning on a blank stomach. It has proven results in arthritis pain relief.
  6. Guggulu is very helpful. Take some preparation that includes guggulu. Ayurvedic formula as punarnava guggulu is good for arthritis.
