2. Drink abundance of water. Drink two glasses before lunching, two in the midmorning, and again in the mid-afternoon, and one to two glasses the night.
3. Eat a diet full with green, leafy vegetables. Whole-grain breads, cereals and beans are excellent blood builders. Avoid dairy products as they contain very small iron and tend to bind iron current in other foods. Eat dry fruit frequently, particularly peaches and apricots.
